Program Manager - Wombaroo Adventure Centre

Wombaroo Adventure Centre is based in the Southern Highlands of NSW, with a philosophy of exposing participants to Challenge and Adventure whilst building a sense of a Community.

A skilled and passionate person is required to continue the development and promotion of Outdoor Education Programs.

The successful applicant will have primary responsibility for:

• responding to booking enquiries
• assisting clients in planning and preparing for upcoming programs
• developing appropriate programs for clients
• co-ordinating staffing requirements for programs
• implementing planned programs

• appropriate experience in facilitating and implementing outdoor education programs
• appropriate experience in outdoor activities
• understanding of risk management and operating procedures
• people management skills
• computing skills

Package negotiable based on experience, qualification and accommodation requirements.

Commencement date negotiable.
