Outward Bound Australia aims to build stronger communities by inspiring Australians to discover, develop and achieve their potential through journey based experiential education.

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals with the desire to build a career with Outward Bound Australia and a keen interest to continually learn and challenge themselves to help us achieve this mission.

You must have experience of leading outdoor, journey based programs and have, or the ability to gain, Bronze Medallion and Wilderness First Aid.
