Cooba Sport & Education Centre in the NSW Snowy Mountains requires an enthusiastic, energetic person with experience or appropriate training in outdoor pursuits to join its team as a Program Director and Staff Development Officer.

This person will be required to maintain our present programs as well as develop new programs that are innovative and challenging.

They will also be in charge of staff development and training.

Flexible work conditions can be made to suit.

Eg: Seasonal work for those involved in the ski industry, Part time or Casual with flexible hours, Full time.

Position Criteria:

• Experience working with school groups
• Excellent knowledge of the outdoor pursuit industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Some qualifications and instructor experience is essential
• Demonstrated organisational skills and work commitment
• Sound office and computer knowledge
• Ability to promote and attract new clients
• Knowledge of school system and curriculum a distinct advantage
