Our home base is "Nightcap" (formerly Mebbin Springs) a 3000 acre private land holding in northern NSW surrounded by World Heritage National Park. Most clientele are school based. Programs are a mixture of expeditions in northern NSW & centre-based outdoor education programs.

We need an Outdoor Education Instructor who has or can obtain….

• Basic Canoe Skill Instructor Certificate,
• High & Low Rope Rescue training
• Confidence and skill with rock & rope based activities
• Wilderness First Aid
• Bushwalk Experience and skills (even BMLCC)
• Experience or desire to learn in mountain bike riding instruction.
• An interest/skills in environmental education
• A sound knowledge of Project Adventure type games, initiatives & activities
• A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, creativity and sense of fun.
• Ability to accept and handle the responsibility of working with groups of children unsupervised
• Ability to assist in maintaining equipment, completing admin. tasks relevant to the job and taking the initiative.
• Own transport & accommodation

The position is permanent part time with the opportunity to work for associated businesses in quieter times.
