Disability Sport Assistance Program

The Disability Sport Assistance Program (DSAP) aim is to improve opportunities for people with a disability to participate in sport and physical activity.

The primary focus of the program is on increasing regular and on-going participation opportunities for people with a disability by supporting community based organisations with the capacity to provide such opportunities.

Who is eligible apply?
NSW incorporated, community based not-for-profit organisations that have the capacity to deliver sport and physical activity services for people with a disability.

Projects that are eligible are those that:

  • Provide new and sustainable opportunities for people with a disability to participate in regular and ongoing sport and/or physical activity. Please note that projects that link people with disability to existing community based activities will be well regarded
  • Demonstrate an ongoing sustainable increase in participation numbers for people with a disability in sport and physical activity.

Grants between $2,000 and $20,000 will be available annually.
