3	Professional development (PD) - Training - Other		Attend two (2) relevant conferences, workshops or training events over three (3) years PLUS One other example of PD (may include another attendance, study, research or membership of peak industry body, etc)	Certificates of attendance, receipts confirming subscription, supporting documentation	Conferences, workshops or training events must bear relevance to the activity units in the registration cluster.
