NSW Sport and Recreation, together with The Ryder Self Group, is developing the NSW sport and recreation industry strategic directions - a five year plan.

Following initial industry-wide consultation during 2006, a number of key issues and priorities for sport in NSW have emerged. These have been captured and documented in a Key Issues Discussion Paper.

ORIC members and industry organisations are now invited to provide ideas on how to address the issues outlined in the discussion paper.

The deadline for feeback is Thursday 5th April 2007.

Based on this feeback, together with further industry workshops, the NSW sport and recreation industry strategic directions - a fiveyear plan will be developed.
