DUTY OF CARE : Law of Negligence - A requirement to act reasonably
The law of negligence affects the way providers who deliver services to various parts of the community. It sets minimum standards in the way that they deliver these services. This concept is known as duty of care.

The burden imposed on the providers of outdoor recreation and education services by the law of negligence is the requirement to act reasonably. If they do not act reasonably and people are injured, they will be held accountable.
