Feedback NOLRS Version 2
- the consultation process -

Consultation is occurring at two levels.  The first, non-specific consultation is based on this document and feedback on the changes in a ‘big picture’ sense.  The second level of consultation is focused on the detail of aspects of the changes.  These aspects include the Registration Levels for each activity area (including the new ones) and the detailed operation of the new NOLRS Partnered Assessment Provider model.

At the end of this document is a feedback form to aid input at the first level.  All registered leaders, and any others interested, are requested to give feedback in this way.

The feedback form also outlines how to indicate a willingness to be involved in the second level of consultation.

The consultation will be concluded at the end of March 2007 in time for NOLRS Version 2 to be operational in early April 2007.

How do contribute to the consultation process?

General comments are most welcome.  All current registered leaders and potential registered leaders are asked for feedback.  General comments are easiest for us to process if they are emailed to secretariat@outdoorcouncil.asn.au.  A feedback sheet is at the end of this document.

Specialist feedback

There are two ‘specialist’ areas for which feedback is sought:

  1. Activity specialists are needed to comment on the sets of skills, knowledge and experience for the new Registration Levels.
  2. Training providers are needed for comment on the concept and proposed processes for NOLRS Partnered Assessment Providers.

If you are interested in assisting with feedback on either of the above, please communicate this to ORIC

General feedback sheet

Please comment on any aspects of the proposed changes - this form can be printed and faxed back to ORIC (9487 8666) OR copy and paste to an email
